Thats why, i always say to my self, maswerte pa rin ang mga Pilipino.

There is really no place like home! :)

here's a short message from my grandfather Confucius "BE A LOTUS" which means: No matter how ugly, evil and sinful everyone around you might become, do not allow yourself to be stained. A Lotus remainsbeautiful even as it lingers in the filthy waters of the pond. Dont be contaminated... Dont be influenced by worthless means... Remain radiant among the shadows of the darkness... Be a Lotus. It has to start with one to fill the pond with more...

It is funny that there are people say year's back that the Philippines will end up like the collapse of the economy of Argentina. But look at the Philippines. We don't have much manufacturing facilities to boast here in the region because of the migration of multinational companies to China and the other countries in Asia. However, why do we still survive irregardless of this loss opportunities? It is because of the sacrifices and dedication of the million of OFW's who consistently send their remittances to their loved ones here in the Philippines. Their services offered are second to none and their dedication and professionalism is at par with the other OFW's of other countries. They carry the warm hospitality of the Philippines that we could be proud of.

So think about, and know that we owe the survival of our country to our OFW's!!!:)

it's just funny how people mess up their lives and then complain about it... and talk as if they're still proud of what they've done.
people of this generation, sadly, are best known for troubleshooting.

I learned much from this video. From now on, if I feel like complaining, iisipin ko ang kantang "Paghahandog sa sarili" and think of how blessed I am among others. Thanks for that bro!

Wow.

Thanks for sharing this, kuya Junilo. Namulat ako.

Touched naman ako sa comment ni Jon2406.

When an article came out with regards to having the OFWs taxed for the remittances they send to the Philippines, maraming nag-react dito kasi hindi man lang naisip ng mga gumawa ng thesis na yun kung gaanong kalaking sakripisyo yung ginagawa ng mga OFWs. The fact that they're leaving their families behind is a big sacrifice. Mahirap pala.
