My soul glories in Yahweh
Let the humble hear and rejoice
Proclaim the greatness of Yahweh
And together extol His name (RESPONSE)

I seek Him and He answers
He frees me from my fears
Every face turned to Him grows brighter
And is never ever ashamed (RESPONSE)

A cry goes up from the poor man
Yahweh hears and eases his pain
His angels settle around them
Who fear Him and He keeps them safe (RESPONSE)
